​The Oxytocin Alignment: Somatic Touch Therapy

A 90-minute sanctuary in my Essex home studio. This is a nurturing, hands-on intervention is designed to calm your nervous system and release the physical "armour" of stress. It is a strictly professional, platonic space to help you move out of "survival mode" and back into your own skin through physical embrace. 
​Psychological Coaching: Practical Life Navigation.

Whether you are managing your mental health challenges, feeling "stuck" in life/career, or seeking a new sense of purpose, together we will use psychological tools to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. This is about clarity, strategy, and compassionate support.

Group Workshops: Connection & Creative Growth


Online and in-person gatherings designed to empower you with the tools to move into a better space. From "Empower Hour", or vision board workshops, to our self-help book club, these sessions are a safe harbour for shared growth, creativity, and finding your tribe.​
