The Essex Sanctary (Basildon)
Most individual sessions take place in the tranquil surrounding at my base. This is a private, quiet space specifically created to minimise sensory overwhelm. Offering parking and ground for ease of access.
Mobile Professional Sessions
For clients who require a different location, I am available to travel to pre-booked private professional spaces or mutually agreed hotel suites. To ensure the safety and integrity of the somatic work, I do not conduct sessions in private residences. Mobile sessions incur additional charges to cover travel time, mileage, and the cost of private venue booking, which must be paid in full 48 hours beforehand.
What to Expect: Your Somatic Journey
Stepping into a somatic space for the first time is an act of trust. Here is how we protect your peace:
The Intake: Every session begins with a grounding conversation. We identify where "the noise" and tension is living in your body—whether it’s a tight jaw, a heavy chest, or a general sense of being "braced" for impact.
Attire: You remain fully clothed throughout. I recommend soft, loose-fitting clothing (like linen, cotton, or loungewear) that allows your ribcage to expand fully as you breathe.
The Somatic Restoration: Through a shared space of stillness and intentional, professional touch, we create a profound state of "felt safety". This is more than a biological reset; it is a moment of coregulation in which my presence meets yours, allowing your nervous system to finally let down its guard and "thaw" from the inside out.
Integration: We never rush the end of a session. You are given time to sit, hydrate, and "land" back in the room, ensuring you feel steady and alert before you leave the sanctuary.

Mobile Session: £275 + Travel Time, Venue Hire & Travel Expenses.
